Vanguard Products that we do not have in stock come direct and can take up to 3 days to be delivered.
Creativity Background rolls can take 2/3 working days to be delivered
Orders must be placed before 2pm (Mon - Fri) to ensure same day dispatch where items are in stock.

All orders are dispatched by UK Courier Delivery (Next Working Day* by 6pm) or by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (Normally 1-2 days). A signature will be required for all deliveries. Although these delivery services are very reliable, they are not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries and any consequential loss thereof. Some of the items listed on the site are sent direct from the manufacturer / importer and are sent by there own couriers and are normally 1-2days delivery.
