The SDT 7x50 binoculars are part of the prestigious Vanguard Platinum Series of Optics. The SDT 7x50 offer superb optical quality matched with advanced design and engineering at a price which for a product of this quality is hard to believe. All lens surfaces are fully multi coated and the BAK-4 prisms are phase coated, this guarantees maximum light transmission and colour fidelity. The body is constructed from magnesium alloy, protected by ergonomic rubber armouring, making it lightweight yet extremely durable. Design features include; very positive clicks stop dioptre eyepiece adjustment; staged locking eyecups, combined with long eye relief, allow the binoculars to be used with equal ease by spectacle or non spectacle wearers alike; raised rubber dimpling on the focus adjustment wheel makes the instrument easy to focus with of without gloves, which is a huge advantage when using them in extreme weather conditions, the binoculars are fully waterproof and nitrogen filled so they won’t fog internally or leak in whatever weather conditions you need to use them in.

This 7x50 instrument sucks up as much light as the human eye can handle, due to the size of the human eye’s iris it is not physically possible for our eyes to pass the extra light that a larger exit pupil could provide.
The SDT series are supplied complete with presentation box, carrying case, adjustable wide carrying straps, rain guards, front caps and lens cleaning cloth.
