The Vanguard VK-123 is a high quality macro-monocular system. The VK-123 zoom eyepiece has a zoom range from 6~12x magnification. The macro focus feature allows the user to focus down to 0.35m by sliding lens barrel in conjunction with the focus ring. The VK-123 is supplied with a 2.66x Barlow Lens and clear stand which enables the user to place the instrument onto the surface they wish to observe, in our example it is placed on the surface of a map and used to view the small detail. The Barlow lens increases the VK-123’s magnification from 6~12x to 16~32x. This makes the instrument extremely versatile equally suitable as a pocket zoom monocular or field microscope ideal for any nature lover. It’s compact size and light weight makes it the ideal travel companion whether you are on a walk in the countryside or on an expedition to the top of the Himalayas. The monoculars is also supplied with storage case, field carrying case, wrist strap and lens cleaning cloth.
