In addition to our “Lifetime Warranty” policy, Delkin BLACK memory cards and those with the “48HR logo” come with a premium 48-hour replacement guarantee. We will happily replace any non-working card within 48 hours or less (not including weekends), prior to receiving your non-working card. You can also replace your card over the counter at any authorized Delkin BLACK reseller. The Delkin 48 hour replacement guarantee covers new cards sold in the US& UK, to the first buyer. While registration is not required to initiate replacement, the Delkin Service rep will fill in the registration online with you prior to sending your replacement. Replacement cards will be sent on expedited freight terms to deliver within 2 business days. Shipping address must be a UK deliverable address as determined by UPS. Replacements are limited to each card once only, and the replaced, defective card must be returned within 10 days (Return envelope included with the replacement unit). If the defective card is not returned within 10 days, an invoice will be issued for the retail cost of the replacement card. It is our intention to replace the non-working card, no matter the reason, within 48 hours, and retrieve the non-working card, within a reasonable amount of time, in order to lessen the cost associated with this “World’s Best Warranty”.
